On the surface, it may seem like your average Japanese meal, but it's a flavour that has a funny way of sticking with you. For us, it takes us back to the home-cooked meals of our childhood, cooked with care by our parents. Their creations served as a reminder of their hopes and dreams for us — smiles on our faces, good health, and happiness that spans a lifetime.
